Thorn sits on the south-east facing banks of the River Yealm in South Devon, approximately 6 miles south east of Plymouth. This historical garden boasts wonderful views and holds a stunning selection of extraordinary trees and plants; 6 of which are listed.
'Thorn House & Garden' offers a wonderful venue for corporate events including weddings, garden parties, etc. The Garden is open to the public by appointment and can be guided by the enthusiastic current owner, Eva Gibson, in English or German. To enjoy this magical setting for a longer period it is possible to rent one of two properties on the Thorn Estate.
